The Seagate ZP1000CV3A001 Barracuda Q5 1TB NVMe M.2 2280 Hard Drive delivers up to 50 times faster performance than conventional hard drives. Built with 3D QLC NAND technology, the BarraCuda Q5 SSD has an M.2 2280 form factor and uses a PCIe 3.0 x4 / NVMe 1.3 interface for fast, reliable performance, with sequential read speeds of up to 2,400MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 1,700MB / a second.
This solid state drive also has a 1.8 million hour MTBF, a durability (TBW) of 274 TB, and support for SMART and TRIM.
